HEY THERE! I'm Katrina, the heart behind The Virtual Doer, on a mission to transform the care landscape for residential aged care, home care and community service providers.

 

Within the heart of aged care facilities, I discovered a passion beyond just work. Each interaction and every story reminded me of the warmth of my incredible grandparents - Wallace, Marjorie, Arthur and Phyllis. Some of whom faced the heartbreaking challenges of dementia, yet their legacy lives on, not only in my heart but also in the cherished photographs that grace my workspace - a constant reminder of my ‘why’.

As a mother of two young sons, the world of virtual support captivated my interest, offering a blend of flexibility and purpose. Welcome to The Virtual Doer - more than just bridging gaps, we're redefining how we care for older people, transforming your approach and elevating the care you provide.
